Hi again everyone-
So it is that time of month again for flashback friday! Except this month I had to put it on a Monday! :o)
I hope you all enjoy because I always find it interesting to watch old videos and see what I loved and hated. :oP
Face of the Month Tutorial with the Lorac Pro Eye Palette and the Tarte Foundclear Foundation with a Beauty Blender. This is a go to day or night look for me.
Here is a list of the products I used in the video! Enjoy! :o)
Hi again all-
So This video somehow got posted earlier on You Tube, so it might not have shown up in your subscription box. So here it is now on my blog!
This is a review that has been a long while coming. It is a foundation that I have actually gone through two bottles already and I will repurchase when I go through the next one!
Hi again everyone-
So I know this seems like I am behind on tis video, but I decided to put it up in February instead. The reason I did this is because I felt like January was just bogged down with everyone doing this exact same video. I needed a rest and I figured you guys might too!
Here is a photo list by Face, Eyes and Lips of all the items I loved this year and then the links below for any video reviews.
Please let me know if there is something I have listed as "no review yet" that you would like to see a review on.

Hi Again everyone-
So as we all know blogging is not my strong suit. Haha. I am much better at sitting down with a camera and getting out my thoughts that way. So I figured a great place to start is my January 2015 Favorites, regrets and empties.
I used to call it 5 favorites and 1 regret, but as my channel has grown I wanted to add empties and I sometimes had more than the name was. So I am going to try and keep it around that amount at least 5 but no more than 10 and around 1 or 2 regrets. Plus any empties and any products that I might be unsure about. I think it is good for you guys to know my thoughts as I use something. :o)
I do have a lot of empties this month. Plus two regrets and one item that I am slightly unsure of.
Favorites:
Regrets:
Unsure:
Empties:
Please let me know what you think of this new format with pictures instead of names and links.
Hi again everyone-
I started doing this series last month after seeing Marni (MsGoldGirl) and Kristin (KristinGehm) do them. I think they are a great idea because a lot of times after we tell you we love something an then do a review and maybe a face of the month you never really see what we think after. I do now tend to talk about products I use all the time more in my Vlog videos. but if you are not in to watching that type of video this is a better option. You can see what products I still have and use or what I have chained from a few years ago. I went back 4 years because I thought there was a better chance that my mind had changed (or hadn't) on certain products.
I hope you enjoy and please let m know if you have any questions.
Hi again everyone-
This is another video in the Makeup Graveyard series. I am so excited to get my vanity cleared out and ready for the new year! :o) The organizing part alone is fun for me.
I don't have as many highlighters as I do most other things. I tend to only buy them when I hear others raving and I feel like I have to own them. Then I end pup getting it and not really using it. So I actually am getting rid of quite a few of them.
I hope you enjoy and please let me know if you have any questions.
Hi again everyone-
So we are on to another week here on my Vlog series. Not to much exciting this week. A few recipes and a little makeup application of the Becca Ombre Nude Palette that I am in love with!
I hope you enjoy and let me know if you have any questions or requests.
Hi again everyone-
I picked this palette up during one of the Ulta sales. Actually I picked it up at Sephroa online and ordered it then I saw a special at Ulta for it, so I returned the one from Sephora and picked it up at Ulta. I had heard Marnie (MrsGoldgirl) talking about it and the colors looked great.
I will mention that right now the palette is on sale for $20 at Sephora because i have heard it is being discontinued, so rush over and pick one up if you are interested.
Product Break Down:
Pigmentation- 5/5
Texture- 5/5
Longevity- 5/5
Application- 5/5
Packaging- 5/5
Price- 5/5 (even better now that it is $20 at Sephora)
Product Overall- 5/5
This face often month is a favorite of mine that I go back to all the time. I actually wear it quite often. A lot of people have asked for a tutorial on the Becca Ombre Nude and I will put a little tutorial on this with my blog next week.
I hope you enjoy and here are all the products I used.
Hi again everyone-
SO this week I got a lot of new things in from Sephora and MJ got a new toy that is hilarious. We went out to eat at a great new place in our area and lots more.
I hope you enjoy these and please let me know if there is anything else yoiu would like to be seeing from me in the video.
Hi again everyone-
This week I am doing my video from my Makeup Graveyard Series and it is on all my Powders. Setting powders that is. Blushes and other powders will come soon after.
I tend to gravitate towards powders that have a tint and give that extra bit of coverage.
After I do these videos I always feel better about what I have and remember to use items that I havent used in a while.
Hi again everyone-
So I posted a blog post a few days ago with some Sephora VIB sale ideas. Now I have a haul video with the items that I pick dup at the Friends andFamily Sale. I tend to go for things that I will review and things that I need back up's on. This time I went a little crazy. Plus I had the Ulta 20% off too. Lots going on.
Here is what I picked up.
Hi again everyone-
Another week has come and gone. I am really enjoying doing these vlogs. I think that you get to see a bit of what I do every day. I will say that I am sure it will begin to get boring for you guys since most of my days seem to be the same. Gym, home, get ready, dinner. Haha.
A lot of people have requested I start mentioning what I am wearing when I have makeup on, so I have started to do that. Also people have requested more on my food/dinner ideas and maybe some meal planning. I will try and add that soon.
Please enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.
Hi Again Everyone-
I have been asked many times this year to put together a Sephora VIB sale Wish List. I will be posting my Sephora Friends and Family sale items on Friday.
I will list some other items that I think are must buy items for your VIB list and then at the end I will also add some gift ideas and men's items.
So lets get started.
Here are some items that I think are must have items from my collection that if someone asked me I would say to pick up:
Hi again everyone-
It is that time again for Favorites and regrets. I am always shocked when the times goes by so fast. October was beautiful here in Maryland and I am NOT looking forward to the winter. they are calling for a bad one. Yuck. So I had a few more that five favorites and one regret. I added in some clothes and brushes. Ok, so really I just couldn't narrow it down. Plus I had a good amount of empties- hair and skin care, but still empty. haha.
So here they are.
Hi again all-
I started doing a new series (very slightly different name) that I have seen on YouTube. I believe Marnie (MrsGoldgirl) started it. I think it is a super fun way to see what you (I) used to love and where those items are now. I am surprised at what I think now about the items. I had a few that I still love and some that I done like or use anymore. Some you just evolve and chafe your preference of.
Hi again everyone-
This is a review on the Dior Star Foundation that I had heard a lot of people talking about lately. I got the itch to try this after seeing both Colleen Rothschild and Vanessa (TheBombshellSuite) I was sold and knew I was going to try it.
We all know that foundations are my weakness. I love them and the results they give. I am always on the hunt for the perfect one, however even if I find one I always still try more. It is like finding the perfect pair of jeans. :o)
I am combination oily skin. Oily mostly in the T zone. I do need to set this foundation and make sure that those areas do not have oil breaking through. This also photographs beautifully even though the SPF is a 30. I purchased this in the color 020 and I was able to color match myself on the Sephora website with both my own knowledge and the Sephora IQ help. Plus the descriptions are pretty good. The cost on this foundation is a bit on the high side at $50, but there are some higher and lower. It just depends on what you are willing to spend and try.
The finish is a satin on the verge of matte and it is a medium very easily build able to flu coverage foundation. I like to apply it best with an It Cosmetic Brush from Ulta. It is a cool brush and totally different.
It took me a little bit to decide what I thought on this and to find the way that it works best for me, but now I really do like it.
There is a side by side in the video of my applying it.
Hi again everyone-
I taped this haul a little while ago and totally forgot about it. I have been so in to cleaning up my vanity and the Makeup Graveyards. I think my new schedule will be that I post one haul a month if I have things around the middle of the month. That way it won't get overlooked. I got a lot of fun stuff this time.
Please let me know if you have any questions or you would like a revue wot anything specific.
